Permanent Magnet Separators
Self lighting type permanent magnet separators is constituted by Nd-fe-b magnetic core, de-iron belt, shell frame, roller and other parts, matching up with many kinds of conveyor, it is applied for removing ferromagnetic substance from non-magnetic materials, permanent magnet separators is set in the de-iron production line.

When the material flows through the separator the ferromagnetic materials are adsorbed to the stainless steel pipe wall and gradually move with the permanent magnet and slide to the tap hole thus realize the material separation. At the tap hole the permanent magnet move away along the cycling direction the ferromagnetic material that loses magnetic attraction discharge from the tap hole under the gravity force therefore achieve the automatic removal of iron materials.
